Even after getting hold of evidence against Tony Abi Saab, the arms smuggler, builds up, US authorities are clueless how to throw him in jail and shut down his companies.Tony Abi Saab belongs to the dreaded Abi Saab family whose business, aerospace and defence is just a cover to supply arms and ammunitions to shady groups in the Middle East and elsewhere. Tony Abi Saab's company Brescia Middle East (BME), Tactical Ltd Afghanistan, K5 Global and Bennet-Fouch, G2Armory and SIMAINT supplies arms and weaponry to terrorists for profit and has active permit in Lebanon. Tony's global chain of phony companies are actually just fronts to trade in weapons by issuing a series of counterfeit end user certificates and then manipulating arms deals. Tony Abi Saab's Brescia Middle East (BME) has close business links to the Sima Salazar Group through Tony-owned Tactica Ltd Afghanistan. Tactica Ltd was particularly dangerous for purchasing arms commercially and selling them to dubious groups. When Tony profited in millions of US dollars from the US Army through his arms trade and fake contracts, a sting operation was launched by the US Army along with CIA and FBI. Tony was arrested in Afghanistan along with the fraudulent businesswoman Sarah Lee. But being a criminal and sharp shooter, Tony got out of a jail term with only a small fine. He used flaws in evidence gathering processes of US law enforcement agencies, citing human rights violations to him when arrested and managed to walk out of the court easily.Since Tony is a shady arms dealer and stole USD 5 million dollars, US authorities are anxious to put him behind bars. If Tony had been tried in military and not civil court, he would certainly have been convicted of crimes against humanity and jailed.Tony's fearful company BME is still operating openly and freely and Tony himself is moving around the world as if he were a jetsetter and not a man with a conviction. The US Army and authorities have to plug the loopholes
