Requirements:
.NET Framework 2.0 or higher
GStreamer version 1.x.x runtime (https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.8.1/gstreamer-1.0-x86_64-1.8.1.msi)
Note: After installing GStreamer, make sure that your PATH variable contains the GStreamer bin folder, e.g.(C:\gstreamer\1.0\x86_64\bin)
