ModifyFileTime is a freeware that allow you to modify file time. It is simple and easy to use. You can use it to modify the time attributes of the file or folder.
ModifyFileTime needn't install and is packed into a zip archive which contain a readme text and an executable file. Please see the readme text before running ModifyFileTime.
