The main thing for me when looking at business software is it's ease of use. With lots of people using the software with different skill sets the last thing you want to do is have to stop and explain how to do a particular function. iMagic Inventory works well to fulfil this requirement. The basic operations of the system are immediately available and each section is grouped as you'd expect. It's quick to get to any particular function without having to go through many "steps" to get there (a lot of software failed on this).
In terms of features it's got all the points you'd need and the various little "specials" you'd expect. Like being able to search for a customer from scratch and then create a new invoice based on the searches, very handy. Or when creating an invoice you can add multiple items without having to close the window, very useful when you have a number of similar items to add.
For $199 it's not such a big investment and discounts are available for multiple users should you need them.
