ImageCool Free Frame Maker allows you to easily add beautiful frames on your images or photos. You can use the frame models in the package or specify an external image as the frame.
80+ Frame Models: ImageCool has about 80 frame models in the package, there are 7 frame groups: Simple Frames, Gradient Frames, Shadow Borders, Image Frames, Lace Patterns, Paper Frames, Blank Frames. You can use them for free, but don't use them for commercial use.
Batch Splitting: ImageCool can apply the current frame parameters to all the selected images. It is useful to process multi-photos with same parameters in batches. You can also set respective parameters for each image, ImageCool will use the respective frame parameters on your images one by one.
50 Image Filters & Effects: Supports many image filters, including Blurring, Sharpening, Embossing, Color Balance, Flip, Noise, Rotation and more.
Powerful Resizing Functions: Supports three resizing modes, including "Standard Size", "Custom Size" and "Proportion Size". There are 50 standard sizes in the "Standard Size" mode.
Preview Modes: ImageCool has 4 preview modes, including Details, Preview, Thumbnails and Custom. You can easily switch the modes by clicking on the buttons in the upper right corner.
