GP2i is a complete package to manage IT or Industrial projects, to help Company and Projects Leaders with effective tools, including original and non inertial indicators to detect problems as soon as possible. This tool and all associated dashboards allow to reach the higher levels of standards CMMI in only a few weeks, and has functions reaching ITIL principles, in terms of new Projects acceptance as well as IT Maintenance in Operational Condition.
GP2i distinguishes itself by:
The integration of a project generator: starting from a total work (an Excel tool for evaluation assistance is also provided) and start date, tasks generation (up to approximately 150), including all constraints, deliverables and preaffectations, immediate export as a Gantt to MSProject
The generalization of Breakdown Structures: in addition to the traditional WBS, OBS and RBS, GP2i allow the management of FBS (Functional), GBS (Geographical, interesting for large multisite projects), ABS (Activities/Technologies, allowing to refine the evaluation models), PBS (Products and Deliverables), CBS (Contracts, to facilitate the follow-up of external interventions)
Many automatic dashboards: Weekly Progress Reports, by Task or Resource, visualized for all Breakdown Structures, S-Curves, Gantt exported to MSProject, total Workload over the current and next years. Original indicators are included, like projects Speed and Acceleration.
