Attachment Save for Exchange is a solution for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, designed for automatic processing of emails and attached files. The product allows saving/deleting messages and attached files based upon specified criteria directly while message passing (sending/receiving) through Exchange server. Using this exchange attachment manager, you are able to block attachments, remove attachments and save attachments easily. Attachment Save assists you with optimizing attachments exchange process in the organization. It reduces extremely large traffic growth which might appear by attachments exchange. For example, such standard messages like notifications of a placed order are regularly received by server. Order data is in the attached PDF-file. For convenient storage of order data it is reasonable to save such PDF-files in specially intended folder on server or local computer. The other example is the following: IT-regulations forbid some employees or company departments sending files of a certain type (name, extension) via email. Attachment Save for Exchange should automatically prevent violations of regulation by deleting the forbidden files during message receiving on Exchange 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003 server. However, the message itself should be sent although it should include the notification about deletion of forbidden attachment. The product consists of two components: Management Console and transport agents set on Exchange 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003 servers. Suitable system of rules consisting of conditions, actions and exceptions should allow setting criteria for processing both incoming and outgoing messages and attached files.
