The Artwork collection database is perfect for artists, collectors, galleries, or anyone who wants to record detailed information and images of their artwork collection, including the artwork's provenance, exhibits, publications, and previous sales.
Link multiple images with an art record, or documents and other files to support the artwork's provenance or valuation. Select works and include them in a catalog printed directly from the software.
The Artworks Collection database was developed with Microsoft Access Database. The user-interface will be familiar to uses of Microsoft Office and is quick and easy to learn. The Artwork Collection database also includes a robust suite of reports that lets you track your collection, its value, and storage locations. It will also record artworks on loan for exhibition or out on consignment, and alert you if they become overdue.
